Returns & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, you are entitled to request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item, provided the conditions below are met.

The deadline for requesting an exchange is 7 days from the date you received the goods or the date on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

In order to exercise your right to an exchange, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

In select cases, if a return is approved, we will issue store credit only. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Conditions for Exchanges / Store Credit:

In order for goods to be eligible for an exchange or store credit, please make sure that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 7 days

  • The item is in untouched, unworn, and original condition

  • The item shows no wear, tear, damage, scratches, or alterations

  • The item is returned with original packaging, certificates, and accessories

The following goods cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry

  • Resized, engraved, or modified items

  • Special orders

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • Any jewelry that shows signs of wear or use

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the shipping cost and risk of returning the goods to us. All returns or exchanges must be sent to:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.
We are unable to issue store credit or process an exchange without receiving the returned goods or proof of delivery.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the item once the return or exchange is approved.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, we will issue the store credit to the gift giver.
